Mark Denny: AKA "Howie Bob"

A former military brat who started playing music in Hawaii in the 60's, Howie took ukulele lessons and is obviously a self-taught guitar player. At age 13 he joined his first group The Niteriders and was the only "Haole" (white guy) in the band. Mark went to eight schools before high school where he got beat up a lot. Howie has written songs placed on over fifteen different records by various artists and charlatans. Former bands include Flatcreek and The Coconut Brothers. Current sister bands are The Mark & Mike Show and The Garbonzos. Howie was voted "all playground" in '68 and "most likely to recede" in '72. A renowned romantic and BS artist who knows how to love.
